2.- BODY: LISTING ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES.
The first thing you should do is to brainstorm a list of advantages and disadvantages of the topic. Have a look at the table below:
Now, it is time to start writing. You need to show your ideas in two different paragraphs where you will give the advantages or "for" arguments and the disadvantages or "against" arguments in each paragraph. Try to write in the third paragraph the idea you are going to support in the conclusion. That way, you will reinforce it. For example if you believe that the Internet has more advantages than disadvantages, we should write the disadvantages in the second paragraph and the advantages in the third one.

On one hand, there is no doubt that the internet has some drawbacks. The most serious disadvantage is the children's exposure to adult's content as some websites contain age-inappropriate content like pornography. In addition, they might be addicted to games which are too violent for their age and spend a long time in front of the computer. Another negative aspect is that there are malicious programs (malware, viruses ...) that can attack your computer with the only purpose of causing harm. This can make your computer malfunction, lose important data or even worse, hackers may have access to your personal information.

However, it must be acknowledged that the Internet has a lot of advantages. Firstly, we can use the internet to communicate with our relatives in another part of the planet because it is cheaper as the only costs are those inherent to our Internet service provider. Besides, it provides a lot of information and useful resources. Secondly, we can have access to a great amount of entertainment: we can watch movies, listen to music, and play games over and over. An additional advantage is that it is easier to share information: if you want to tell your customers about your latest promotion, you can do it inmediately using social media sites.
