B) GIVING DETAILS.
The next paragraph should give further details of the story, trying to cover the main facts. You can use references to what people said, either by using direct speech (using inverted commas) or reported speech.

Jake Lloyd, now 26, was driving in Charleston, South Carolina, when Sheriff's deputies began pursuing him.
According to deputies, "Lloyd began passing cars on the double yellow line and was driving recklessly, at high speeds". The police chased him for 25 miles before he crashed off a side road on Interstate 95. Colleton County Sheriffs Sgt.
